What will we do with your information?
These days it seems that everybody wants a piece of us. Sadly, too many of those people don't have our interests at heart - some are actively malevolent, while others just don't seem to care whether they help or harm us. We understand your concerns.
Please be assured that Zee2A will NEVER abuse your private information. We will use it only for the purpose for which you supplied it to us. We will never sell it or otherwise make it available to any other organisation. No ifs, no buts, no maybes. No exceptions.
We WILL use your information to do one or more of the following, depending on why you gave it to us:
- Subscribe you to our email newsletter, The Marketing Edge. (We only do this if you complete the 'Subscribe to our newsletter' boxes littered about the site.) The newsletter is sent approximately twice a month - no more. If you ever get tired of receiving it (although we hope that never happens!) feel free to use the UNSUBSCRIBE link in each of our Newsletters, and we will delete your information from our records. No BS, no begging. No exceptions.
- Use it to notify subscribers of occasional special offers we make from time to time. We promise that this will NEVER be more frequent than twice a month - if we ever break our promises we hope you won't put up with us any longer! And once again, if you get tired of us you can use the UNSUBSCRIBE link in each of our emails. No pressure, no haggling. No exceptions.
- Respond to a query you have made through the website, via email or by telephone. Then we will delete it. We won't assume you wanted to subscribe to our newsletter (although we rather hoped you would). No excuses, no whining. No exceptions.
- Supply you with a product that you purchased from our website. Purchasers are automatically subscribed to our newsletter because many of our paid programmes build on the free programmes available to our newsletter subscribers. This is made clear in our shop.
Our Policy Regarding Your Financial Information
If you purchase something from our shop, your credit card details will be handled in one of two ways. In some instances you will be directed immediately to Paypal UK who will take the credit or debit card details for processing. Alternatively, you may be asked to supply credit card details by RomanCart (our shopping cart provider) who will in turn pass your credit or debit card details to Paypal for processing. Zee2A DO NOT store any financial information (including credit or debit card numbers) at any time.
Your Recourse in Case of Dispute
If you ever have any cause for concern regarding the manner in which we use your information, please contact the Information Commissioner's Office to discuss any legal remedies you may have against us. We respectfully request that you also contact us to discuss the matter - we will make every effort to resolve the matter honestly and with integrity before it escalates.
