Launching an Applications Training Division for Oracle Corporation, forming an Oracle Applications Practise for Deloitte Consulting, and developing a Sales Methodology used for Solutions sales at iGate Global Solutions were all roles David filled with conspicuous success. Throughout, David yearned to be able to work with entrepreneurs person-to-person, taking an active part in shaping the value-delivery processes that most directly affect the profitability of the enterprise. Along with system innovation, marketing is the key value-delivery process.
David loves nothing more than taking on the role of mentor and coach to key personnel within client organisations to ensure that he leaves a legacy of long-term efficiency and profitability.

From 1970 to 2002, Mike was the senior partner of a Southampton-based chartered accountancy practice. In April 2002, he negotiated a merger with a local practice, which is now part of BDO Stoy Hayward. Under his leadership, the practice grew from a standing start in 1970, to a seven-figure turnover practice. Mike established his new accountancy practice Michael Warner & Company in April 2004. His work is now focused on ensuring that businesses operate on a sound financial footing, being one of the essential building blocks for sustainable commercial success and achieving successful exits for their owners. Mike is a former president of the Southern Society of Chartered Accountants.
