Working with Zee2A might just be the most satisfying experience you’ve had for a very long time. Why? Because we clarify expectations and quantify your expected results before we even begin, so that you can settle back and monitor progress toward your goals as we go along. Okay, perhaps ‘settle back’ wasn’t entirely accurate – you knew this was going to be a joint effort, didn’t you? Let’s take a closer look at what working with us is like.
What Results Should You Expect?
We encourage you and work with you to set very specific expectations for the programmes we deliver. That way, you know how good we are at helping you to achieve those expectations. (Very good – but don’t just take our word for it!)
- If you’re new to professional practice, you can expect to find your practice growing at a rate that previously was the stuff of imagination. Where you previously felt helpless to find and close prospects, you will have easy access to large numbers of prospects and a proven methodology for progressing toward a positive sales conversation with each one.
- If your practice is ‘stalled’ getting to the next level you can expect to find that getting over the hump and onto the next growth slope will come easier than you could have imagined. Not that you will accomplish it without working (it’s not that kind of easy!) but where you previously felt you lacked skills you will now have the skills to easily communicate your unique value proposition to large groups of prospects. You will have powerful calls-to-action tailored specifically to your services and revenues will begin climbing.

- If you’re too busy to market yourself right now, you can expect to confront the realisation that you’re probably not aligning what you do with your vision for your practice – and then you will be provided with the tools to address this misalignment and redress the imbalance between your work and your purpose. Powerful stuff!
- If you’re convinced marketing doesn’t work for you, you can expect to find that marketing works far better than you could have imagined – but only if you do it right. (As a colleague and master of the art likes to say: ‘It works – if you do it the way it works.’ Very Zen!) Apart from becoming a master of the Game of Marketing, we find that the journey from a mindset of negativity to one of positivity is a far too precious gift to confine to narrow business interests – we challenge you to find any area of your life which won’t benefit from this life-lesson.

(Our conviction arises from our belief that we answer to a higher power, but we acknowledge that yours may come from a different place.) We’re not into pressure-selling truckloads of useless kitchen gadgets to vulnerable senior citizens – or stuff like that! We honestly believe that our programmes will add far more value to your business and your life than the fee will take out. If you feel the same way about the services you offer, we should be talking!
- Part of the magic web we weave is that we create accountability for delivery. Everyone has good intentions, and our methods aren’t exactly so secret that they should be locked in a vault somewhere. So if you know what to do, and you want to do it – what goes wrong most of the time? Simply that a lack of accountability and a plethora of urgent things demanding your time leads to the change you wish for remaining a distant mirage. Are you ready to break that cycle of non-delivery? Then let us be your accountability partner. It’s going to chafe at times, but believe us - great things await behind that green door!
- We’d rather transfer our expertise to you and let you do it than just keep on doing it for you. After all, you’re accountable for the success of your practice in the final analysis. Why would you entrust that to someone who could never really tap into the passion that drives you? That’s why we place such an emphasis on joint commitment to our programmes. If you’re looking for a quick-fix or an easy ride, we respectfully suggest that we’re not your ideal partner.
- We’re not averse to hard work, we just want ours (and yours) to have the greatest possible impact. If you’re all for learning how to do things better so you can spend less time and effort while achieving a better result, we’re going to get along just fine!
- We appreciate that you went into practice because you’re fabulous at what you do, but we can only really work with you to create a life-changing difference if you’re prepared to work ON your business, not just IN it. What Makes Us So Special
- We’ve been where you are now. We are well-qualified business professionals who did our ‘apprenticeships’ at globally-recognised organisations. (Read our bios here if you’re looking for a little more detail.) But we both yearned for the freedom and satisfaction of providing personalised help to clients as entrepreneurs – and we have a successful track-record of doing just that.
- We ONLY work with service professionals. There are plenty of coaches and consultants out there who promise amazing results whether you run an accounting firm, a car repair business or a garden nursery. (We respectfully submit that it must be very difficult to apply marketing knowledge learned in garden nurseries to accounting firms!) We couldn’t achieve the results we do without focusing like lasers on the industry we both know and love from the inside as well as the outside.
- We don’t have a ‘one size fits all’ mentality. Yes, we use a proven methodology that has reaped results in service organisations of varying sizes throughout the world, but we aren’t arrogant or disinterested – we won’t tell you that we know better about YOUR business. We will work with you on the problems, challenges and opportunities that are unique to your environment, and create a future that is all your own.
- We do it WITH you, not FOR you or TO you. This is not traditional consulting, nor traditional coaching, but rather an amalgam which draws strength from both and creates undreamed-of synergies far beyond either. It has two key participants, both of whom carry joint responsibility for the ultimate success of the programme. We don’t doubt that you will be pleasantly surprised at how well it works.
